I am pleased to announce Erin Goldmeier, the current PR manager for Visit Norfolk, has accepted the PR position with the Virginia Beach CVB and will start January 31st. Her last day at Visit Norfolk is January 16.
Erin has been doing media relations for Visit Norfolk since 2007 and also serves as a freelance writer for several publications: The Virgin Atlantic blog, Culture Trip, VegNews, VegWorld, Lady Freethinker, Convention South, Smart Meetings and others. Topics range from travel stories and city guides to animal rights and vegan fashion and beauty. I’ve worked with Erin over the years and I’m so happy that she will be part of our CVB MarComm family primarily working on out-of-market media relations.
